“In All Their Troubles He Was Troubled”~ Prayer and Blessing for My Beloved

I am grateful for a God who is troubled with my troubles. He is an ever present help, a 24/7 help in the time of trouble. I never have to ask if it’s okay to disturb him. I can’t ask for a better savior. He is the hope and joy of my salvation and has proved to me over and over again that He is an ever present help in the time of trouble. In turning to him, letting go, and letting God, he has always shown up.  

I too, can sing along with the songwriter, Joseph Scriven: “What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear!… O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer!”

“In all their troubles he was troubled, and the Angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his mercy he redeemed them, and he bare them and carried them always continually.” (Isaiah 63:9)
