“I will take refuge… until the disaster has passed.”~ Prayer and Blessing for My Beloved

Fear Not- By His Stripes We Are Healed

Prior to King David becoming king he was betrayed and hid in a cave because King Saul sought to kill him. David’s life teaches us the importance of trusting in God until the storms of life pass over. In the midst of the storm, David took refuge in God’s word and offered up the sacrifice of praise. In Psalm 57:11, instead of complaining, he blows a kiss to God and says, Exalt thyself, O God, above the heavens, and let thy glory be upon all the earth.

“Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.” (Psalm 57:1)

Enjoy your day, use it wisely and know that the best is yet to come! ❤️ always and forever.
