“The enemy you see today, you will see no more.” These words spoken by Moses to the Israelites trapped at the Red Sea, signified God’s complete deliverance from oppression and assured followers that present struggles, fears, or negative influences will ultimately be overcome by divine intervention, leading to lasting freedom. Personally, this promise has worked for me in overcoming oppression, poverty, racism, sexism, illness, and struggles in general. It has been a mantra for my life.
“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. (Exodus 14:13)
